Cardio classes are designed to boost your heart rate. They can include both high or low-impact movements ranging from circuit training and plyometric exercises to kickboxing and dance-inspired sequences. Cardio exercises are pretty much guaranteed to make you sweat, while also increasing energy, stamina, and cardiovascular health.

Kickstart your heart rate and elevate your energy in this cardio workout that includes a mixture of high- and low-impact exercises with lots of modifications to meet you where you’re at. Move fast through Jumping Jacks, Lateral Shuffles, and Broad Jumps to break a sweat and challenge your stamina. This class previously aired on January 20, 2024.

Amp up your workout in this mixed-modality class that fuses the core strengthening and awareness of Pilates with cardio exercises. You’ll work your entire body through non-stop, fast-paced movement that builds strength, balance, and endurance while having fun. Strap on ankle weights and move through Power Lunge, Plank Walk Out, Wide-Leg Squat, and Single-Leg Hip Bridge. This class previously aired on January 17, 2024.

Build endurance, elevate your heart rate, and get a good sweat in a short amount of time! This strong yet fun workout moves fast through well-known foundational movements, including Burpees, Squats, Lunges, Jumping Jacks, and Mountain Climbers. This introductory class takes you through essential exercises, including Jumping Jacks, Mountain Climbers, Walk Outs, Crunches, Bicycles, and Lateral Lunges to increase your cardiovascular endurance and strength. Even though this class is beginner-friendly, you’ll still get an excellent full-body workout. It’s a perfect class to stack with a yoga flow or other exercise routine. Blend classic HIIT, dance, and Barre with cardio-style exercises, plus power through a Plank series and Pilates-yoga sculpt exercises. Move through two rounds of non-stop movement, all standing, including Squats, Side Taps, Fast Feet, Knee Pulls, and High Knees.
