Enjoy a fun practice with a standing warm-up leading into Serabandhanda Kriya, Warrior Kriya with backbends, core work, and an invigorating arm and breath sequence to finish feeling sublime. This is class 6 in Kia’s 8-week Relax & Renew Series that helps to enhance your well-being by reducing stress and creating the capacity to react calmly. This series is designed as a weekly progression, with each class intended for one week at a time.
