Yoga
For the next 30 minutes, hold every pose for 30 seconds! Move with the timer throughout a steady sequence of postures including tree to warrior III and bakasana. While the poses aren't complex, the real challenge lies in the duration of the holds. You'll put your focus and stamina to the test, circulate prana (vital energy) throughout your body, and build confidence in your inner strength. Props Suggested: A block.
Yoga
Time to crank it up a notch! You'll practice almost the same sequence, but this time you'll hold the poses for 45 seconds. Hone your concentration, find the softness in your strength, and stay in the fire as long as you can. An extra 15 seconds may not sound like a lot, but you're definitely going to feel the difference. Props Suggested: A block.

You've reached the final challenge and the timer is set for 60-second intervals! With longer holds and less instruction, this class will test your endurance and concentration. Find your focus, drop into your breath, and power through a full minute of chaturanga push ups and chair. Now that you've got the timing and sequence down, you can continue to repeat these classes, getting stronger every time.
