This full-body workout focuses on muscle activation, balance, form, and control to tone, strengthen, and lengthen from head to toe. With a heavy emphasis on activating your core, progress through All Fours exercises, a Plank series, side-lying outer thigh moves, Bridge work, and a supine Pilates ab series.
