This Yin practice is designed to relieve soreness in your legs with appropriate stretching. It’s perfect for post-workout, rest days, or when you’re feeling tender. Use a block, strap, and bolster to release deep-held tension in Seated Wide-Legged Forward Fold, Saddle Pose, Half Shoelace Pose, Reclined Twist, and Hand-To-Big-Toe Pose.
