Move with your breath in this strong yet slow practice, allowing your body to settle and open deeply. Enjoy a feel-good flow that opens your hips and thighs, strengthens your spine, and leads to expansive backbends. Key poses include Crescent, Warriors, Lizard, Locust, Bow, Camel, and Forward Fold. This class previously aired on January 17, 2024. This is the third of five classes in Kia’s Joyful Living Series, which guides you into the new year (and any transition) with breathwork, meditation, movement, and Kundalini yoga practices.
