This higher-level Strength class focuses on the fundamentals of leg strength to create stability in your joints and more endurance in lower body movements. Build heat through a powerful sequence with leg abductions, Glute Bridges, and static Lunge holds. Ridge’s 5-class Power Strength Series is designed to build physical power, each class targeting one area and culminating with a full-body class.
