This higher-level Strength class focuses on fundamentals to increase power in your arms. Practice Bicep Curls, Kickbacks, and Overhead Tricep moves while learning how to correct common errors in simple exercises and get the most out of your work. Ridge’s 5-class Power Strength Series is designed to build physical power, each class targeting one area and culminating with a full-body class.
