This Pilates-inspired class can be taken in the morning, afternoon, or evening to relieve stress and tension. Start with a body scan, then allow props and wall space to offer extra support during classical Pilates exercises, including the Hundred, Pendulum, Leg Circles, Glute Bridge, Scissors, and stretchy poses.
