This Vinyasa practice adds some power to your morning with a sequence that features single-legged balances to wake up your mind and challenge your muscles. Start in Tadasana with side bends and twists, then flow through Low Squat, Warrior III, Revolved Half Moon, and Gate Pose to finish energized for the day.
