Flying Frog is a challenging arm balance yet an excellent introduction to arm balancing. This class prepares your body for this posture by strengthening your wrists and shoulders and opening your hips in a steady flow that starts in Virasana and Malasana, leads into Eagle-Armed Warrior I, Warrior III, and Hurdler’s Pose, and then peaks in Flying Frog.
