This higher-level Strength class isolates your glutes, working them in multiple planes of motion. Move through a steady sequence with Glute Bridge, Lateral Kicks, and more lower-body-focused exercises with a resistance loop to finish with a proper burn. Ridge’s 5-class Power Strength Series is designed to build physical power, each class targeting one area and culminating with a full-body class.
